We are an inclusive and vibrant society, catering for both History students as well as those who just have an interest in the past!
Collaborating with one of the world’s best History departments, we aim to hold a wide range of events this year. Our mission is to strengthen our community by organising frequent and regular socials and society collaborations as well as hold the much anticipated Christmas ball. We are also planning to offer a unique programme of monthly events, involving lectures and debates, group museum visits and a diverse range of careers events. All of the information regarding our calendar and upcoming events will be updated through our socials.
History society also runs their own journal! We will be publishing termly, aiming to create a collaborative and relaxed space to pursue writing. For the first time, we are planning to hold a competition for the best submission (a great opportunity to strengthen your CV and to explore topics outside your modules!)
