Welcome to the History Society 2025-2026!
We're so glad to have you with us, and we've got a whole range of events lined up for you this year. We want to focus on better showcasing and celebrating the cultural diversity of the student body, so we've got a variety of events and topics for discussion in our calendar.
We're an open and inclusive society, welcoming to all. Whether you're a historian or not, there's always something for everyone to get involved in. We host regular study socials, frequent collaborations with other societies and, of course, an annual ball.
If you're interested in writing, we also publish our own termly journal. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in journalistic writing. This year, we're running a competition with a prize for the best submission. Last year, this was a cash prize!
