Hockey Club (Women's): Fitness Secretary

I would like to be fitness sec because I think empowering each other as women to exercise in the forms that we love is so important,not only for our physical and mental health, but also for increasing the bonds between team members. Much of the fitness this year has been focused on the 1st team, and whilst this is amazing, I think I would be able to help make the fitness program more integrated across the club. I would also like to continue the weekly fitness sessions but hold them in Regent’s Park and at a more suitable time for people with longer lecture hours as this would increase attendance. I would love to introduce prizes such as free scala tickets for the people who go to the most fitness sessions possible or complete certain challenges as this will encourage increased attendance and a fun yet competitive atmosphere.
