Hallo gamers!

I’m Zae. My vision for our society is pretty simple: more fun, more engagement and more inclusivity. I’ll prioritise adding lots of exciting events both in person and online. Whether it’s LAN parties, tournaments or casual gaming nights, I want to ensure that there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

And let’s talk about merch. Who doesn’t love representing their favourite gaming society? I promise to deliver aesthetic and high-quality clothing by working with our amazing brand team.

But that isn’t all, I’m here to listen. Your ideas and your feedback – they are what has made our community awesome. Seriously, I’m all ears. Your view matters and I’m committed to making sure each and every one of you feels heard.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about the games we play; it’s about the connections we make and the community we build along the way. A community which I am honoured to be part of with all of you.

I hope you will consider me for this role and I look forward to seeing you all next year!

Love from Zae :D

Evgeniia (Jane) Nikulina

Hey! I'm Jane, I am a 1st year student with deep passion for gaming. From roaming Minecraft worlds for hours as a kid to raging from LoL soloque nowadays - gaming has always been an essential part of my life, bringing me joy and peace even in the toughest times. That is why I wish to take part in forging a supportive and welcoming community where everyone can enjoy what we love.

What I plan to do:

  • more offline events!

I believe the society would greatly benefit from having more opportunities to socialise in person. Aside from the regular pub meets, I would aim to introduce different types of offline events. I will work closely with the Events officer to continue encouraging already planned and new ideas.

  • member-only benefits

I aim to make your membership truly rewarding with exclusive benefits and perks. With the introduction of membership cards this year, I plan to work on finding more opportunities to establish new partnerships so that all of you can enjoy more exclusive

  • community/casual

I believe that there should be more opportunities and activities for those who enjoy the games outside of the competitive part of them. Gaming is for everyone, whether you're a casual player or a competitive pro, so I'd like to have more people of all levels and interests participating, so that everyone can thrive and connect.

Eddie Wang

I took over as the Rainbow Six Siege admin in Spring of 2024 to a relatively dying scene. With no active team, no previous admin, and barely any interest left in the game, I took it upon myself to create our beloved UCL Knights. Within one season (with no prior experience), we had landed ourselves in the Open Playoffs, and ranked 15th in the country of almost 50 teams who had much more experience. I've also played in National leagues and have led many teams in my career.

I've been involved heavily with KCL, as well as creating a community for the London Uni R6 players, with players from all the big names involved; UCL, KCL, ICL, LSE, as well as other universities. I've therefore been fortunate enough to gain some experience with organising and structuring inter-university games (think CLUE!), as well as catering to many different needs and wants.

However, I've not said all this to brag. Instead, I hope it shows my dedication, leadership skill and passion towards improving and elevating our teams and society as a whole. I have had the privilege of playing with our society in NSE and NUEL, and having watched the R6 team grow, I will aim to put more attention towards smaller, more niche games, as well as supporting our already highly-successful teams. I'd love for more games and players to be represented in our society, and especially Varsity.

I promise to be an open-minded, down-to-earth and committed president, and will put in as much effort as I possibly can for the society.
