A summary of the proposed changes: 

• Addition of two new committee positions to the Science Magazine Society committee - Supporting Editor and Academic Officer. 
• 'IT and Graphic Design Officer' has been separated into the 'IT Officer' and 'Graphic Designer'
• The name of the 'IT Officer' has been changed to 'IT and Marketing Officer'
• The name of the 'Engineering Editor' has been changed to 'Tech and Engineering Editor'
