The timeline for this President and Treasurer by-election is:
- Nominations open: 1:00pm, Monday 11 November
- Nominations close: 9:00am, Monday 18 November
- Voting opens: 12:00pm (Midday), Monday 18 November
- Voting closes: 12:00pm (Midday), Friday 22 November
Only paid members of the Polish Society are eligible to vote. Taster members are not eligible to vote.
The usual requirement to hold paid membership for 28 days has been waived for this election by the Activities & Engagement Officer and Deputy Returning Officer, on the basis that paid membership of the Polish Society has not yet been available for 28 days.
