Nordic Society: Treasurer

Hej,

I’m excited to put my name forward as Treasurer for the Nordic Society! I’m all about keeping things organised in a simple and stress-free manner. As Treasurer, I’d help supervise the finances (alongside the President), ensuring our budget is transparent, up-to-date, and reflects what the society truly needs.

I’ll handle authorising and recording all expenditures, so whether it’s event costs, club supplies, or any spontaneous idea we want to fund, you can count on me to keep everything tracked and above board. I believe clear records make life easier for everyone and help us make informed decisions together.

Beyond numbers, I want to make sure our finances support activities that bring us together—fun socials, cultural events, and whatever else keeps the Nordic spirit alive at UCL. I’m approachable, reliable, and love balancing spreadsheets as much as I love a good fika!

If you vote for me, I’ll make sure our society’s money is in safe hands, our accounts are transparent, and that the money spent makes a real difference for our members.
