Climbing and Mountaineering Club: Media Secretary

I am standing for media secretary because I want UCL CMC to attract the coolest current and future climbers to join the society.

I am so down to putting the best of my abilities into CMC’s social media posts (especially with my friends helping me out with graphics because i’m terrible at them) - and I’m sure that if an opportunity to engage with traditional media comes up (no it won’t), I’ll be the perfect person to yyy interview CMC President or promote the great things that we do in the society. 

While for now you may know me from bouldering (and consistently falling off the black 6 at the comp wall), soon I hope to get to know more of you in Sicily!

Heyy!! I'm running for media sec because I'd love to create and share content to grow the society's online presence and capture all aspects of climbing - not just the sends (yes, the V2s in our gym too). I'd focus on regular posts from sessions, trips, and socials to keep everyone up to date with what's going on, while showing how welcoming and inclusive the society is for climbers of all abilities. I've also got a strong background in art and design (even though I'm a STEM major), making sure the Instagram page is always looking its best. :D
