Ellis Grayson

I am committed to ensuring the smooth running of boat maintenance for UCLBC.

I understand first hand the importance that well maintained equipment has to racing and training. I would advocate for the best possible equipment and ensure all existing equipment is stored and looked after to the highest possible standard.

I would act as an active point of call for your equipment-related concerns. I would welcome recommendations and where possible, do my best to implement them. I would introduce an accessible point of contact wherein, you can submit your equipment concerns easily so we can efficiently address them.

I am eager to learn the practical side of rowing and maintenance and as such, would bring commitment, enthusiasm and dedication to the position.

Tori Fylymonova

As someone who joined UCLBC without much prior experience in rowing, I quickly came to appreciate how important well-maintained equipment is for both training and racing. The work that goes on in the boathouse is essential to the club's success and safety, and I am committed to ensuring the highest possible standard of maintenance.

As Maintenance Officer, my focus will be on ensuring that our equipment is properly cared for and maintained. I aim to make reporting issues straightforward and accessible so that problems can be identified and addressed quickly. Working alongside my fellow Maintenance Officer, we will stay on top of repairs, organise maintenance where needed, and ensure the club’s equipment is kept in the best possible condition.

Having benefited from the club myself, I’d like to give back by helping to maintain the equipment that supports everyone’s training and racing.
