Rare FM: Head of Music

A playlist is only as enjoyable as it is varied. Too many times have I sat at a pub shaking my head at the atrocities being committed on the AUX, and I maintain that no human being should have to hear middle school dance music past the age of 16. Hosting Olympus Sounds, a show that tackles a diverse myriad of genres from jazz fusion to alt rock, I believe I am uniquely positioned to keep our pubs playing consistently and thoughtfully curated music to complement your student experience. Additionally, promoting my show has taught me how to craft and curate social media posts and timing to maximize listenership and attendance, a skill which I believe directly translates to this position. 

If I'm lucky enough to serve as Head of Music, I plan to create more playlists curated by our diverse and talented membership body, which could find their way into the AUXs of our student pubs or, at the very least,  the ears of your friends and fellow members.

Remember, a vote for Aris is a vote for the AUX. Do the right thing.
