I am excited to be running for Vice President of the Population Health Sciences Society! As a first-year student in Population Health Science on the Data Science route, I have loved studying in the program and hope to further my studies by taking an active role in enhancing student engagement beyond the classroom.

My goal as Vice President would be to collaborate with students, leaders, and the UCL community to connect students with class material through real-life events, activities, and experiences. I hope to create a more streamlined way for students to access events by establishing a centralized event notification system to keep students informed about relevant opportunities, workshops, and networking events. I look forward to increasing my involvement in the community and amplifying student's voices.

My experience includes leading student organizations in high school—Medical Society and Model UN, where I successfully coordinated events and strengthened student participation. Additionally, my experience as a communications Intern has equipped me with the ability to manage outreach, facilitate collaboration, and communicate effectively.

I am eager to contribute to the Society’s mission by fostering a more engaged and connected student community. I would love the opportunity to serve as Vice President and help make the Society as informative and impactful as possible.
