Musical Theatre Society: Social Secretary

Hi I'm Ren, and I'd love to be next year's social sec! I think Musical Theatre is a great place to make friends and I've had so much fun and met so many amazing people through productions, but I want everyone to be able to join in. I would run events at least weekly including watching movie musicals together, having casual "table reads" of musicals that you love, just singing through musicals you might not have an opportunity to be a part of otherwise. Also I would continue running theatre trips to the West End, watching musicals together and sharing your passion with others. I'd love to run karaoke specifically to MT, similar to what Taylor Swift Soc do at Mully's. I am also Social Sec for A cappella society and have experience in organising small get-togethers, booking bars for show after parties and also communicating with other societies and even other unis to plan intercollegiate socials.
