If James or Sophia is also running for this position, please vote for them! They have been really dedicated to organizing the weekly training for the B team, especially after our coach was gone. I can't even imagine how difficult that would be while daily academic tasks are aside. And they are also very experienced in managing society, so I think they will do a great job! I'm running for this position in case they are not nominating themselves.

I'm currently a sports rep at the UCL Students Union, and I have made some connections and understand the way the UCL student management mechanism works. I've also had various experiences in managing events. Such as serving as an Operation Vice President at a national academic forum. I would already be satisfied if I could touch on managing sports clubs by starting with the B team captain or manager, but I was told by the committee members after the training this week that there might even not be people nominating themselves for these essential committee roles. So I was thinking, Why not try it out?

I have been participating in most of the B team's games; despite not playing perfectly, I'm always open to suggestions and am happy to learn, just as I will listen to suggestions for improvement if I get this role. I'm a first-year undergraduate, meaning that I'll be with Yetis for the upcoming two years, and if I can get this role, I'll make sure the club is managed consistently and effectively.
