Georgian Society: President

My name is Natia, and I am a second-year Applied Medical Sciences student with a deep-rooted love and pride for my home country, Georgia. Having been born and raised there, I have a profound understanding of its culture, traditions, and history, and it is this passion that drives me to run for the position of President of the Georgian Society. I feel an immense responsibility to share my country's unique heritage with others, and I am eager to bring people from all backgrounds together to appreciate and celebrate Georgia’s richness. As President, I will work tirelessly to organise a variety of engaging events—ranging from bar socials to Georgian language and singing classes, as well as networking events that foster connections and cultural exchange. My goal is to make the Georgian Society a welcoming, fun, and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of their cultural background, can enjoy and learn about Georgia. I also want to emphasize that I am fully aware of the fantastic work done by our previous president, and I will do my absolute best not to disappoint her. Her leadership has set a high bar, and I am committed to continuing her legacy while striving to make an even greater impact. I will work hard to ensure that the Georgian Society continues to thrive and become an exciting and enriching part of our university experience.
