Football Club (Women's): 4th Team Captain

Hello everyone! I'm Jiayuan Zhang, also known as Jennie! You might be thinking - "Her again? lol."  Yes, it's me, the current 2024-2025 season 4th team captain, coming again! 🤪 Today, I'd like to talk to you about the past six months we've shared.

As the founding captain of the fourth team, last September we were like a group of lost little penguins - without a coach and no fixed training ground. I still remember what’s happen before the first training session, I learned to make a training plan by watching YouTube. Although I managed to complete it successfully, but it was not very professional. Also, I still remember every time I had to arrive at Bloomsbury Fitness 40 minutes earlier, carrying a bag of balls and equipment to different pitch by myself. It was an unforgettable memory. But what’s fortunately, I had the fourth team! Everyone in the team could understand and gave me a lot of help and support. 🥹 From Lilith helping to act as a coach and co-captain to my babies helping me set up the equipment, the weekly training sessions eventually became regular and fulfilling. 💪 ☺️ In this team, perhaps my skills are not the best, but I always believe that the soul of a team is not just about individual ability. In the fourth team, I felt warmth and love, as well as the trust and mutual growth of the team. ⚽️🥳💜

I have to admit that I'm a greedy person. The warmth and love I've received in our team make me want to stay here forever. Next year, we'll be a competitive team! I want more evenings like
