Luke Vannier

I’m Luke, a BSc Information Management for Business student, running for Treasurer to secure more funding, create bigger opportunities, and drive real impact. As part of the UCLe Events Team this year, I’ve helped organise events that connect and inspire entrepreneurs. Now, I want to ensure we have the financial backing to make them even bigger and more valuable.

This role goes beyond finance—it’s about strategic growth. I will ensure funding is used effectively to support high-value events, expand partnerships, and give members access to the best entrepreneurial opportunities UCL has to offer.

My Plan:

  • Prioritising Major Events – I will focus funding on high-value experiences like Business Games, mega networking events, and more competitions, ensuring members gain real entrepreneurial skills and value.
  • Expanding Sponsorships & Partnerships – I have links to industries and other societies, which I will use to secure sponsorships and external funding, giving us more financial flexibility to deliver ambitious projects.
  • A Treasurer Who Drives Growth – My experience in entrepreneurship gives me the practical understanding to manage budgets while ensuring the society is financially sustainable and continuously growing.

Vote for Aarnav (President) and Kerem (VP) too! Having worked together on the committee, we share a strong vision for UCLe and are committed to making this the most impactful year yet.

If you want bigger, value-packed events and more opportunities, vote Luke for Treasurer!

Yuvaraj (Yuvi) Bhojwani

I’m Yuvi, an Information Management student with a strong passion for entrepreneurship, finance, and business strategy. Having worked in business development, lead generation, and managing budgets in past projects, I understand the importance of financial discipline, strategic resource allocation, and securing funding to fuel innovation. As Treasurer of UCL Entrepreneurs Society, I will ensure that our society’s finances are managed efficiently, with transparency and growth in mind.

A successful entrepreneurship society needs a strong financial backbone to support startup competitions, networking events, and funding initiatives for student-led ventures. I will implement a structured and strategic budgeting system to ensure funds are allocated effectively, maximising value for our members. Additionally, I will focus on expanding sponsorship and funding opportunities, working with venture capital firms, accelerators, and corporate sponsors to provide financial backing for our key initiatives.

Beyond managing finances, I will collaborate with the executive team to explore new revenue streams, such as exclusive entrepreneurship workshops, pitch events, and mentorship programs.

Trust me with your vote so we can ensure that UCL Entrepreneurs Society continues to be the launchpad for the next generation of innovators.

Hasti Ebrahimighosour

As Treasurer, I will contribute financial expertise, strong professional connections, and a strategic approach to ensure the continued success and growth of the UCL Entrepreneurs Society.

As Corporate Sponsors Executive at Kickstart, I have established valuable relationships with sponsors and successfully secured funding from top firms. I understand how to engage with potential sponsors, negotiate effectively, and secure financial support. Beyond securing funds, I have experience in financial management. As the Founder of ChewRise, I have overseen budgets, and implemented cost-saving strategies. Additionally, my entrepreneurial background has equipped me with advanced financial modelling skills, enabling me to make data-driven decisions that optimise resource allocation and maximise financial efficiency. Cost-effectiveness is another priority. I will collaborate with other societies to reduce expenses and leverage my logistics network to secure high-quality venues, such as Google, at little to no cost. This approach will allow us to host larger, more impactful events while maintaining financial sustainability. Most importantly, I believe in informed decision-making. While I am highly effective at engaging sponsors and advocating for funding, I also prioritize listening to the committee and society members. I will ensure that all financial decisions align with the collective vision and goals of the society.

Together, we will strengthen and elevate the UCL Entrepreneurs Society.
