As the club’s current road captain, and with years of experience in competitive road cycling, I would like to lead the club next year to success and victory as the president.
In the past years, loads of efforts have been put into growing the club into a power to be reckon with in the highly competitive London cycling scene. But more can be done. I will strive to apply for kit and equipment sponsorship for the club, and hopefully appointing a coach for more structured and scientific based training session
Most importantly, I believe that just like any sport, having fun and making friends whilst staying healthy in a inclusive and welcoming environment is the most important aspect of any sport club. Although occasionally beating Kings in the varsity can also be considered fun too!
