Chinese Students and Scholars Association Society: Welfare Officer

Over the past year, I have served as the Head of Publicity, leading initiatives in strategic promotions, cross-campus collaborations, and event planning. Through projects such as the Wandering Camera 2.0,  I fostered resource-sharing across four CSSAs and increased cross-campus event visibility. Also, as the chief editor of the 2024 Freshers’ Guide and lead coordinator of Pre-departure events, I streamlined information to help new students adapt more efficiently to life at UCL while managing logistics, volunteer coordination, and event execution. My past internships further developed my skills in crisis response, cross-departmental communication, and resource coordination, equipping me with a clearer vision of how to optimize information flow and improve support efficiency. In the new term, I will dedicate myself to enhancing safety communication and optimizing support services. My key priorities include: Expanding safety communication; Improving emergency response; Strengthening mental health support.

UCLCSSA has provided me with invaluable opportunities to work alongside exceptional peers while gaining insights into the role of efficient information dissemination and a strong safety support system for students. With my experience and dedication, I am committed to enhancing the accessibility of safety resources and ensuring every student receives the support they need. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute as Welfare Officer  and further strengthen our community.
