If elected as president of the Behavioural Innovations Society (BIS), my goal would be to inspire and empower future passionate students. To achieve this, I plan to organise further inter-university socials, allowing students to connect with like-minded peers from different backgrounds while maintaining current existing events, such as seminars with experienced behavioural scientists. Furthermore, I will enhance the visibility of the BIS blog by reinstating a writing team and regular social media promotion, ensuring its valuable insights receive greater recognition. Through this, I strive to expand the outreach of this society, highlight the significance of behavioural innovations development, and foster students’ personal interest within the field.

As the former Psychology Society president at my sixth form, I have developed leadership and organization skills to motivate and lead a motivated team, coordinate events, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives. My strong communication and teamwork abilities foster effective communication within and beyond society members, ensuring the smooth operation of our society. Furthermore, I am adaptable to unforeseen challenges, skilled at problem-solving, and responsive to member feedback. All in all, I believe these qualities make me an ideal candidate for the BIS president and to foster a thriving community.
