As a candidate for the Welfare Officer position within the Hedge Fund Society, I bring a passionate commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive community. As a ethnic minority myself, I know how challenging it is. Luckily, I got plenty of support. I now want to give back and help others who are in need. I believe that the well-being of each member is paramount to the collective success of our society.
