Era Journal: Welfare Officer

Hello everyone, my name is Regina, I'm a Second year Anthropology student from Mexico and I joined Eras Magazine thise year. I believe that creative spaces should be accessible and inviting. The society, like the magazine, should be carefully curated to accommodate all of its members and those who read and interact with it. If we start to consider matters of accessibility, representation and visibility we make creative spaces more open and inviting for everyone, which I believe can help the society grow. Oftentimes these matters can be overlooked which pushes people away which is why I wish to foster inclusivity and welfare within the magazine. For any issues that might arise in the furute, I think our solutions should prioritize transparency and clear and swift communication.
