Jan Chow
Hello everyone! I’m Jan. Having been a first year executive at Kickstart Global and interned at 2 startups before, I fully understand the potential challenges for startups. With my understanding from an all rounded perspective, I aim to improve on the BSA for the next year.
As director of the BSA next year I wish to implement the following 3Cs,
Continuity: Maintain regular weekly attendances by creating timetables for the whole team. Regular workshops and events will be included to always grab members’ attention.
Community: It is always so difficult for us to find the ‘right’ person, no matter if it is your loved one or your co-founders. I hope to create more socials to match people from different backgrounds to find their co-founders. The diversity of the co-founders is another thing that I am aware of. It is always better to have a diverse team from business and technical background and I am here to deliver this.
Clearness: Transparency on the roles and responsibilities of the whole team and create a feedback system from every individual for continuous improvement of BSA.
By voting for me, I will use my background, along with my entrepreneurial motivations, to position the Entrepreneur Society for the better and become the one-stop society for all potential founders in UCL.
