I want to represent a part of English Society because I am really interested in engaging with literature and having conversations with people about literature. I joined the society this year and really enjoyed the events that they planned. For this reason, I wanted to be more active in the society and have more connection with members. The welfare officer role is a suitable role for me because in my opinion, I am a good listener and would like to a contact point for society members in terms of their wellbeing.
