Computer Science Society: Head of Marketing

Hello I am Cindy, and I am a current first-year CS student. As a candidate for the Computer Science Society’s Head of Marketing, my mission is to bridge the society and potential and current members of the society in an effective, engaging and inclusive way. As the Computer Science Society is a very crucial society in our career and department, I aim to connect students to each other and the department as well.

I pledge to bring an engaging platform for people to communicate and connect, and expand CSS’s influence. In addition, I will expand the reach of CSS so that more people can participate in events and have more interest in society. Also, I will continue posting promotional content and literature to let the society be more well-known. Lastly, I pledge to ensure a diverse and inclusive community, and apply this in marketing as well.

As someone who loves reaching out to people, communicating and promoting a good society or product, I would be honoured to become Head of Marketing of CSS and promote such a prestigious and welcoming society. I hope to meet you as a CSS Head of Marketing and reach out to you!
