Hi, I’m Fiona and I’m running for welfare officer. This has been my first season with UCL Lightning and I have enjoyed being captain for rec and varsity this year. - Lift ups of the month
- Taking part in World Mental Health Day
- Support around tryouts and comp season, e.g., what to expect, how to prepare, tips for settling pre-comp nerves
I would continue Lightning Families to ensure that our new members feel included and strengthen our support systems within teams. I would strive to support members as best as I can by signposting to resources and support that are available.
I would be so grateful for this opportunity to be welfare officer and I would
