My motivation for the role of Vice President is clear: 'Pres makes the club run, VP makes the club fun'.

As well as making the club ridiculously fun, I wish to bolster the promotion of diversity, retention, and integration.

UCLBC's diversity impressed me, challenging rowing's stereotype. I aim to expand awareness of the diversity calendar and enhance integration through club-wide events, specifically at London-based races, and our annual dinners. By working with and leading our DEI, welfare, media, and social secretaries, I hope to foster an environment of camaraderie, and sportsmanship, while maintaining our level of excellence. Through this I want to increase the sense of family within our society, and hence increase numbers year to year!

I am eager to bring my dedication and leadership to UCLBC as Vice President.
