I am a 3rd year Neuroscience Undergraduate student and I am entering my 4th year next year. I am standing because, although this year saw little to no events in this society, I believe that next year we can make it amazing. I am the current treasurer of this society, and though I didn't get to do much, I am eager to do more. Biotechnology is an amazing and constantly progressing field which helps scientists across all fields further their research. Some events I would like to promote next year are workshops, discussions, journal clubs, and presentations from established scientists either producing biotechnological research strategies, or those who use them.
