Snooker and Pool Club: Treasurer

Being a part of the snooker and pool club this year has been one of my highlights. Prior to joining UCL at the start of the academic year, I had played pool occasionally with mates and snooker only a few times in my life. The club gave me access to new opportunities to develop my game, and more importantly to meet a group of friends whom I now regularly play with at the very conveniently located Hurricane Room. I enjoy keeping tabs on the financial side of things in any situation, and having control over budgets etc, and as a statistics student, you can be assured. I would like to take advantage as a committee member of this wonderful society to introduce more people to snooker, and also all the different varieties of pool. I'd also be willing to help out with all other needs the club may have, such as organizing pool or snooker teams/tournaments. Thanks for your consideration.
