Population Health Sciences Society: Marketing Director

Taking into account the importance of the Population Health Sciences field as well as its extremely broad and diverse community of passionate people, I would like to nominate my candidacy for the committee's Marketing Director position. I have a background experience of being a leader of the Sustainability Committee at my high school, where I actively coordinated the society on its work towards making the school more environmentally friendly and sustainable. Currently, I am continuing this path at UCL by being a Student Union Sustainability Ambassador where I promote a more sustainable lifestyle in accordance with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Moreover, I am currently serving the role of Course Academic Representative on my degree which involves constantly collecting students' feedback and making a study environment more inclusive and engaging for all.

I believe that the experience of occupying leadership positions in many clubs/societies/committees, as well as my passion for promoting/spreading ideas accompanied by strong persuasive and communication skills, will help me to become a motivated Marketing Director at the PHSS. I am ready to fully devote myself and promote/popularise PHSS on different levels through all available resources. As the society was founded recently, I am keen to bring as many new participants to the society as possible through an effective advertisement and informational campaign which I am ready to be in charge of.
