Hei, I am Sam - I'm a second year BA student in the Department of Hebrew and Jewish Studies (and I used to study Scandinavian Studies at SELCS). I'd like to be the treasurer of the Nordic Society because I want to hold a position of responsibility within the committee. I am a good organiser who is happy to help whenever and wherever I can be most useful.

I lived in Norway last year where I had a lot of fun and learned so many new things. I was the Treasurer of the Norwegian equivalent of a Hiking Society as well as Vice-President of an international students and refugee's organisation. I have the experience and knowledge to help the Nordic Soc grow. My priority would be to attract more members and build new contacts within the Scandinavian and Finnish departments.
