MDs Comedy Revue (RUMS): Treasurer

I have really enjoyed being on committee as Community Outreach Officer this year and am looking forward to stepping up to face a role with more responsibility.

My ideas include finding a sponsor for our Christmas show. I plan to reach out to past MDs and UCL medical students who have started their own businesses. I think this could open up a promising opportunity. I am also very open minded when it comes to exploring alternative arrangements for financing weekend away and hiring venues for both our shows and for band rehearsals.

I would like to increase transparency about how our money is being spent: in terms of what the membership fees go towards and why weekend away costs a certain amount.

I am good with money, and think this is a role to which will really complement my skill-set.
