Italian Society: Treasurer

Dear fellow members of the Italian Society,

I am excited to announce my candidacy for the position of Treasurer for our society. I believe that my skills and experience are tuned to the role and that we could achieve great things together.

As Treasurer, my top priority will be to increase the societies' activities and events by searching for funding alternatives. As the Sponsorship Officer for United Italian Societies I have demonstrated this skill this past year, and I would like to replicate the achievements for UCL Italian Society, rewarding all of our members.

A goal of mine is to have a greater selection of events to please everyone's taste, from informal greets to bond well, a choice of cultural experiences to deepen our interest in Italian traditions and plenty more to have fun together. Altogether, I want to ensure the society builds a strong sense of participation, affiliation and community; encompassing everything we stand behind, starting from our language classes all the way through to our pizza and movie gatherings.

Finally, I am open to your ideas and suggestions. I am committed to working hard and serving our community and hope you will entrust me with this important role.
