Raghav Sanagavarapu

I love ideas, innovation and impact. More than anything I want to fuel that spirit at UCL and do my best to create an environment of entrepreneurship and enterprise. In the past, I have had experience working in VC firms and I learnt to have an eye for startups and ideas and moreover understand what ways in which they can excel in what they do. VCs facilitate the growth of startups, provide them with guidance and support and really grow the novel ideas into huge companies that we know today. My goal is for more people to understand what Venture Capital means and learn about how startups can scale into massive enterprises and be vehicles of impact. As the Director of Bloomsbury Ventures I want to make knowledge of an area that might be considered niche, to everyone, and who knows we might produce the next big Venture Capitalist from UCL. I’m excited to go on this journey and meet ambitious and driven people through the process. I’m Raghav, a 2nd-year Electrical Engineering student and would love to be the Director of Bloomsbury Ventures this year.
