Cheerleading Club: Kit & Merchandise Secretary

Hi I’m Tiffene! I’ve been a part of UCL Lightning for two years now and have loved every part of it. I hope that I can get more involved in the society by being a part of the committee. 

As this year’s publicity and design officer for dance society, I have been in charge of designing their merch, social media posts, posters, logos for shows and more. This role involved lots of organisational and time management skills to make sure that the 1200+ members of the society stay updated with the 7 dance shows and socials.

I also have experience working with printing companies to print affordable merch for a charity dance show I have produced the last two years. I maintained communication with 120+ dancers to organise the merch orders and pickups.

My aims as the Kit and Merchandise secretary would be to:

• Lower the merch prices by using companies I already have experience working with
• Making creative and wearable merch designs
• Continuing the uniform and shoe rental/swap system
• Making sure that all obstacles with uniform orders are solved in time for everyone to receive their uniforms in time
