Volleyball Club: Recreational & Development Officer

Hi! If we haven't met yet, I am Angelina! I study Economics and Business in SSEES.

I have been part of UCL Volleyball Club for this whole year, playing for Mixed 2 team and refereeing Team UCL volleyball league. For me this club is about warm atmosphere and confidence in your teammates. In the following year I would be happy to become Recreational and Development officer, to help beginning and continuing players feel confident in volleyball skills!

Playing volleyball in the competing team since middle school, I became an assistant coach for beginners' volleyball club during my high school. This experience helped me shape a unique approach to recreation and development sessions. In addition to necessary basics, I always prepare the most interesting and unusual exercises to empower players through motivation and inspiration. Fun and progress are guaranteed!

You would probably agree that safety is vital on training sessions, especially when you learn new skills. That is why we will only use trauma-preventing techniques. Though, should any accident take place, you can be sure to receive first aid in seconds! Having mastered the skills on qualified courses, I bring a basic first-aid kit with me everywhere.

Finally, I want to add some music to the training sessions. Music brings up the spirit and this is exactly what we need!
