Stage Crew Society: Treasurer

Hey, I'm Sage (they/them) and I'm a Biomedical Sciences student. I’m running for Treasurer because even though I’ve only been involved with Stage Crew since September, I’ve already learnt so much and would love to take on more responsibility as a member of the committee.

So far, I have been involved in Machinal, Freshers’ Dance showcase, Drama Soc Pride showcase, My Land’s Shore and UCL Gayo Daejeon. I am also the Sound Designer for the upcoming Dance Soc ‘Power’ showcase.

I have experience of being a Treasurer, having previously been elected into the role at my local branch of Youth Rotary Club. This included budgeting, managing the funds raised and collecting subscriptions from members. I am also accustomed to paperwork and bureaucracy, having handled stock-taking and client referral forms for a food bank back home.

I am approachable and friendly, as well as reliable and well-organised. Anyone who has worked in a team with me before will know how much I love a good Google Sheet ;)
