Cheerleading Club: Social Secretary

Cheer has definitely been among the highlights of this year for me, and I believe I can help maintain the friendly atmosphere of the club next year by running as social sec. Just like I felt very welcomed when I first joined, I really want to make sure everyone else also gets the best experience possible, feeling comfortable and accepted. I know I can be a good fit for the role as i am very extroverted and easily approachable, since I can’t help it but talk to everyone so I will most likely approach you first anyways. Not to mention, one could say I am quite the Scala connoisseur. 

However, I am aware that being a social sec does not only revolve around sports night and I am ready to commit to all sides of the job, i am very organized and used to juggling multiple commitments at the same time, and can be very responsible when needed. I am looking forward to keeping the Cheermas tradition going, along with planning another big event in term 2 to celebrate comp season. I am excited to see the club keep growing stronger and hope to contribute to this by being on committee, planning the best socials so that we can have the best time together.
