Baking Society: Events Officer

Hello :)

I joined bake soc at the beginning of the 2021/2022 academic year, but have been an avid baker for years! 

This gives me lots of insight into the events that were most popular, as well as a large knowledge base of potential events for next year.

A few ideas I would like to include next year if I become the events officer:

~ Cupcake decorating

~ Bakery crawl

~ Gingerbread house making

~ And many more themed weeks such as, chocolate week, bread week, and of course, cake week!

I hope to plan lots of super fun events for the next academic year and to see (and eat) lots of bakes!

I love baking, cooking and all things food related! And most importantly, I absolutely love sharing food - it's one thing that will definitely bring joy to people and make people smile. Every BakeSoc event I have attended has been delightful; meeting new people and making new friends, trying new bakes that I've never had before and just having wonderful conversations.

I would love to be a part of the team to organise these events and continue to bring happiness to so many people and create a wholesome and fun community! I would also like to organise more cake and bake crawls if possible, so we can explore even more bakes that are out there in this wonderful city of London.
