Art Business Society: Welfare Officer

Dear fellow members of the Art Business Society,

My name is Clara Bucur, and I am a 2nd Year History of Art, Materials and Technology. I am applying for the position of Welfare Officer in the Art Business Society.

I seek to help my fellow members in whatever welfare issues they may face. I have experience in committees and as a representative, which often includes discussing issues students may face. I am comfortable with many tough subjects, and can also guide to useful resources. By being in my second year at university, have an idea on the hardships that may arise, and have learned ways to counter these, and grow. 

I aim to help the students in the society and be available when they are in need, as well as work with the rest of the committee to ensure each member has a pleasant experience with the society, to help them disconnect and see the events the Art Business society organises as a way to relax and get a mental break in a fun and enriching way.
