Coffee Society: President

I am passionate about coffee and believe that my leadership and organizational skills make me a strong candidate for the position of Coffee Society Events Officer. If chosen, I would aim to achieve the following goals:

1. Collaborate with on-campus cafes to secure discounts for our society members.
2. Organize events that educate members on brewing and roasting techniques, as well as sustainable coffee practices.
3. Host talks by local coffee business owners to provide valuable insights into the industry.
4. Work with other UCL societies, such as the Sustainability Society, the Food Society, and the Agriculture Society, to host sustainable coffee workshops, food and coffee crawl events, and informative sessions on coffee farming.

Overall, I would like to create a space where members can develop their knowledge, skills, and network in the coffee industry, while also having fun and connecting with fellow enthusiasts.
