Cheerleading Club: Recreational Training Captain

Hi Lightning!

I'm Eleonora, your current Spark captain, and I'd love to be your Recreational Captain next year. As I have already had the role of captain, I have acquired the necessary skills for this position and I have experience in liaising and acting as interface with coaches and the rest of the committee, and I'd love to use my experience to make sure that social members are as involved in the club as competitive members, and training sessions reflect what members need and want.

During the last two years I've shown my very strong commitment to cheerleading (which I received a Sports Commendation award for?) and I'll be excited to attend every social training session (as I attended every training this year), organise Varsity and create a network for social members.

This year my team faced many challenged, but I managed to be resilient and keep motivating and encouraging my teammates, which brought us to have an amazing and successful experience at competition after a year of hard work, making me very proud of everyone in my team and of my successful role of captain.

I can't wait to start another exciting, fun and full of commitment year in cheerleading and I'd be honoured to extend my responsibilities to recreational training!
