Hey guys, I'm Brielle and I'm running to be your next Vice President and Treasurer!!
As someone who has 4 years of experience of being a Treasurer, Head of Events and Student Liaison Officer in the Student Council at my previous school, I believe I am well-suited for this role. I understand and am ready to take on the responsibilities and commitments that come with this position – whether it's attending meetings, creating spreadsheets, or organising events. I am a highly organised, reliable, and proactive individual with strong communication and teamwork skills, qualities which are essential in supporting the president, coordinating society activities, and ensuring smooth internal management.
If elected, my priorities are:
- to support and assist our next president Hetta in managing all undertakings of the society
- to stay on top of the finances in order to facilitate fun socials and interesting academic events
- to develop pathways for careers from extracurriculars by increasing networking opportunities and establishing partnerships with political, governmental, and humanitarian organisations
- to create a welcoming and comfortable space where everyone in the EISPS department and even anyone who has a general interest in social and political science can find their people
I'm committed to helping the society run efficiently, remain financially secure, and continue to grow in a positive and inclusive way.
So, I'd greatly appreciate your vote 🔥🫶
Hello everyone! I’m Sam and I’m running for Vice-President and Treasurer. You’ve probably seen me at a few socials or around uni already, and I’d love the chance to get more involved in EISPS next year. I think both the course and the society great, and I’d really enjoy working with the committee to put on more social events, organise embassy visits, welcome the incoming freshers and help make next year’s EISPS ball the best one yet. I’d really appreciate your vote, and I’d be grateful for the opportunity to be part of the committee next year.
