Hannah Lin

Hello everyone!! I am running for vice president because as a swift decision maker and a highly adaptable individual, I have strong belief in my abilities to help lead CivSoc. Having many experiences in leading groups and producing good results I can guarantee that I will contribute positively and keep things running smoothly. Additionally, I have engaged with numerous events by CivSoc which gives me a clear idea of things that I found useful and what I could build upon if I were to assume the position. I am confident in my abilities and hope you will vote for me!

Tsabih Algdal

I am standing for Vice-President of the Civil Engineering Society because I want to help create a society where every student feels represented, supported, and heard. I believe I stand out through my commitment, reliability, and genuine passion for bringing people together within the civil engineering community.

If elected, I would work hard to be the voice of all students — listening to different perspectives, encouraging greater participation, and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to benefit from the society, regardless of their background or year group. I want to help strengthen communication between students and the committee, while also organising engaging events that support both academic and social development.

I am motivated, approachable, and ready to dedicate the time and effort needed to make a positive impact. My goal is to help build a society that is inclusive, ambitious, and genuinely valuable to every member.
