As a passionate and committed student of anatomy, I am excited to run for President of the UCL Anatomy Society. My journey has been shaped by a genuine fascination with the human body and a desire to translate that interest into meaningful experiences for others. If elected, I will lead with focus, inclusivity, and strategic planning to foster a society that champions excellence, professional development, and social cohesion.
Advance Academic Engagement
I will launch "Anatomy in Practice", a flagship workshop series offering hands-on dissection sessions, peer-led revision marathons, and clinical case-based teaching in collaboration with medical students and faculty. By inviting UCL academics, junior doctors, and alumni to contribute, we will bridge lectures with practical insight, ensuring members of all disciplines gain a deeper understanding of human anatomy.
Support Career and Skills Development
Recognising the competitive nature of healthcare, I will organise a Careers in Anatomy series, featuring surgeons, anatomists, clinical scientists, and researchers sharing insights into their fields. Complementing these panels, I will host CV-writing clinics, LinkedIn strategy sessions, and networking event to help members develop strong professional profiles and meaningful connections.
Together, we can make the UCL Anatomy Society a dynamic platform for learning, connection, and opportunity—where curiosity is nurtured, ambitions are supported, and every member is encouraged to grow.
