As a health psychology (MSc) student, I deeply care about the physical and mental welfare of others and work to make communities stay happy and healthy. Therefore, I even more so care about the well-being of my fellow society members, who build our little Nordic Society community. A community is only as strong as its individual members. Therefore, to keep our society as positive and enjoyable as it is, I would like to see that you guys feel and stay ok, for you to have a blast at UCL, within this society, and to enjoy the Nordic flair ;)

As your Welfare Officer, I would look after and strive to secure the well-being of our whole society. Consequently, I would like everybody in our community to feel welcome, included, and safe. Thus, my aim is to create a space where you guys feel heard, seen, and comfortable to connect and share about yourself and your experiences. Moreover, as your Welfare Officer, I would like you to see me as a person to go to and someone who takes you and your concerns and questions seriously. I will stand up for you, and do my best to support you in the ways I can. In other words, you could come to me for advice or if you just want to have a chat, I will be there to listen. I would also like to be your point of contact should issues arise within our society, and try to find ways to resolve these.
