Lifestyle Medicine Society: Secretary

I am a lifestyle medicine enthusiast! Exercise and movement, whole plant-based foods, mindfulness meditation, healthy supportive relationships and a good 8 (preferably 9) hour night sleep is how I tend to practise putting myself first. But everyday is not perfect, and healing and attaining you best self is not linear. As secretary, I aspire to bring together anyone and everyone interested in wellness so that together we can cultivate an energising atmosphere of love and encouragement for support on our very non-linear journeys through life. 

My passion for lifestyle medicine has led me to lead a number of events thus far, such as the goal setting/journalling session and the weekly walks. I hope to continue to lead fun and inspiring events through to the end of this term and the next. Soon to come, weekly yoga! Vote for meee <3
