Climate Action Society: Recruitment and Diversity Officer

I'm Alan Salazar Guerra, a Mexican second-year Politics and International Relations student. As a candidate for Recruitment Officer, I am inspired by the potential to unite students under a common cause: addressing climate change. 

Running for Recruitment Officer is not just about expanding the society's membership; it's about ensuring that all voices are represented and heard in the climate emergency. Only then, we might have a chance to tackle it. Moreover, I envision UCL as a flagship for sustainability, not only meeting the highest standards but also catalyzing a broader movement. To achieve such a vision, it is imperative to foster strong student involvement and holding the UCL leadership team accountable. 

I look forward to help building an engaged and empowered student body, in which we can propel UCL to the forefront of the sustainability movement.
