"We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure." —— Hebrews 6:19a
At the heart of London, the Chinese Christian Anchor Fellowship is dedicated to nurturing disciples of Christ and equipping them as spiritual warriors. We also want to create a platform to share the love of Jesus Christ and become a blessing to students in London.
Every Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, we will have our weekly Bible study session at Foster Court 112/113.
From 6:00 pm to 7:00pm it's mostly chill time and we usually catch up with each other. Feel free to bring your dinner along and join us. 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, we will have Bible study, we usually have two groups, one is for "beginners" if you don't really know what Christianity is and just want to know a bit more, and one for those who do have a Christian background.
Anchor isn’t only about regular Bible Studies, we also planned several other activities for the year. We have badminton games that will be posted every week in our group chat so even if you’re hesitant about the Christianity aspect, please do feel free to join us on the court. Even if you’re not a badminton fan, later in the semester, if the weather allows, we would also organize hiking trips around London. That would also be a great opportunity to take a pause from uni stress and experience God’s wonderful creation.
