Have you checked out Print Room's new look?
After lots of hard work this summer Print Room Café officially reopened on Wednesday 24th September. Thanks to feedback provided by you, and the efforts of your Sabbatical team we're proud to welcome everyone back to this modern comfy space where you can spend long afternoons studying, meeting friends, or just enjoying a relaxed breakfast.
Acting directly on student feedback our biggest changes include the relocation of the counter to create clearer order and collection points and also making more space for additional seating including benches for a quick stops and more comfortable chairs and sofas to hang out in.
Whilst we may have a new look, one thing that hasn't changed is our commitment to you. We've kept our menu prices affordable with all hot meals in Print Room being £6 or under, and with a latte just £2.65. Every coffee, curry, or snack sold in Print Room Café helps support our UCL student community as every penny spent in our outlets is reinvested back into the Union to provide more support, activities, and opportunities for you.

Whether it’s through gathering student feedback, past and present sabbatical officers advocating for a better student experience all helping to shape the vision for what this café could be, this project has truly been student-led from start to finish.

What did I miss at the re-opening?
We were thrilled to be joined by lots of students and staff and our mascot Jeremey Beartham at our reopening event. After Anam, your Students' Union President, and Elaine, ne of our longest-serving staff members, cut the ribbon visitors were invited to visit the café. Jazz Society provided some great live music whilst two of our sustainable suppliers Volcano Coffee Works and Karma Drinks provided some delicious free samples and a pop-up workshop for the celebration.
