Our Union spaces are designed with you in mind, which is why your opinion matters. We want to hear about your latest visit to one or our bars, cafés, shops or TeamUCL Gym so that we can continue developing our spaces to meet your needs.

Whether you want to share how great your server was, what item is missing from our menu, if the music is too loud, or something you think we can do better we want to hear all about your latest visit. It's through your feedback that we've added matcha to our café menus, extended the kitchen opening times at Institute and open at weekends in Bloomsbury Shop during exam season.

Our survey will take two minutes to complete, and to say thanks we'll be selecting an entry at random to receive a £10 Hanger voucher every month during term-time.

Share your feedback for the chance to win a £10 Hanger voucher!

You said, we did

When you share your feedback with us you know we're going to act on it whenever we can. Here's some of the changes, both big and small, that have come from your previous feedback...

TeamUCL Gym Refurb: we used student feedback to decide layouts and machines to include in the new gym, and your Activities and Engagement Sabb, Ana, pushed to get UCL funding for the project.
Affordable hot meal options: We increased the number of hot meal options that you can purchase for under £5. All our hot meals on campus are under £10.
Redecorating bars: your feedback from our last survey meant we could get the bars repainted, and all our bar staff thank you for getting rid of the orange!
Seasonal specials: We'd had more seasonal drinks including mulled wine and gingerbread lattes.
Liberate: Your Equity and Inclusion Officer, Eda, worked hard to deliver Liberate Art Gallery in Phineas to give a voice to marginalised areas in our student community.
Let's see it: we've hired more student photographers to attend events and share photos from the events you go to in our bars.
Matcha: We added hot and cold matcha options to our café menus because you asked - that's a green flag if you've ever seen one!
Gordon's Refurb: you influenced the new queueing method, seating and yes plug provision in the new Gordon's with your Union President, Goksu, securing UCL funds for the project.
More cocktails: We expanded our cocktail and shots menu in Huntley Mully's and Phineas and made it available every day.

How do I enter the prize draw?

At the end of the survey you'll be asked to enter your email address if you want to enter our prize draw. At the end of every month during term time we'll select an entrant at random to win the £10 Hanger voucher. We will use the email address given here to contact you, if we do not receive a reply within 10 working days we will redraw the prizewinner.

Is the survey anonymous?

Yes, unless you wish to include identifying information in the survey or enter the prize draw (where you will need to submit an email address) the survey is anonymous.

How often can I submit feedback/enter the prize draw?

You can submit feedback for every visit to one of our outlets, however only one submission per email address will be entered into the prize draw.

Whether your feedback is positive or negative you will still be entered into the prize draw and have an equal chance of winning as this is selected at random. However fake or disingenuous responses given only to enter the prize draw will be removed.

Can I change my Hanger voucher?

No, should you win our prize draw your voucher will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
