The all new Gordon's Café is nearly here!

We've been working hard over the break to renovate Gordon's into a new modern space for you, with it set to celebrate its reopening on Tuesday 29th April.

Thanks to your feedback, key elements of the design include:

  • Making space for extra (and more comfy) seating
  • More plugs throughout the café
  • Installing a larger counter and clearer queuing system

We're also taking the opportunity to expand our menu with additional meal options requested such as sushi and an all new hot lunch menu from Curry-on-Naanstop. We're also proud that the opening coincides with the launch of our new campus carbon neutral coffee supplier, Volcano Coffee Works, who roast their speciality coffee locally in West Norwood and share our ethos to put planet before profit.

Whilst we may have a new look, new menu, and new coffee supplier in Gordon's one thing that hasn't changed is our commitment to you. Every coffee, curry, or snack sold in Gordon's helps support our UCL student community as every penny spent in our outlets is reinvested back into the Union to provide more support, activities, and opportunities for you.

Gordon's Café will officially reopen at 10:00 on Tuesday 29th April where once the ribbon has been cut we'll have a whole host of activities and events to celebrate it's reopening and partnership with Volcano.
